| Resort Fee: |
The resort fee is a cost effective way for your entire family to enjoy our great amenities based on age and length of stay. It is a mandatory pass for each person in your camping party that allows unlimited access to the following areas: skate park, jumping pillow, pedal karts, batting cages, driving range, 18 hole mini golf, pool, 1 hour tube, canoe, and kayak floats.

Ages 4 and under: FREE
Ages 5-64: $5.00/person/day ($15 max/person/stay)
Ages 65+: $2.50/person/day ($7.50 max/person/stay)

| Holiday Rates: |

Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends are charged at weekend rate and require a three-night minimum stay.

Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 2:00 p.m.
Cabin/Cottage Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
Early Check In: 8:00 a.m. (additional $10.00 if available)

| Rental Terms: |
|
100% payment of total reservation required at time of reservation placement. 2 night minimum stay on weekends. Rates quoted are for 2 adults, unlimited children and one vehicle for each campsite. This is a family oriented camp resort. Guests must be 21 to rent a site. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m.-7:00a.m. and are strictly enforced. Every effort is made to accommodate specific site requests, however, we cannot guarantee them.

| Cancellation Policy: |
|
To receive a full refund (less $15 cancellation charge), we must be notified 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If less than 7 days, the full amount less one night will be returned.
