| Maximum Occupancy Per Campsite |

A maximum of one family and one camping unit is allowed per campsite. |

| Rate Basis |
|
Rates quoted are for two adults, unlimited children and one vehicle for each campsite. Daily rates are based on check-in after 3:00 PM. Additional charges will apply for early check-in, additional adults, additional vehicles and/or late check-out. |
|
| Camping Bracelets & Car tags: |
|
All campers and guests must wear camping bracelets to indicate they have a site and will allow them access to the amenities. All cars need a car tag on their rear view mirror. |
|
| Firewood |
|
Outside source firewood is not allowed on the campground. To protect our trees, only firewood purchased from the campground may be used. The cost is $5.00 per bundle. |
|
| Requests for Specific Campsites |
|
Specific campsites are not guaranteed; however, you will be given another site of equal value. |
|
| Photography |
|
Photographs taken of campers while on campground property may be used in promotional materials. |
|
| Rental Units & Other Camping Units |
|
No other camping units including tents are allowed on Rental Unit sites. |

Policies
| 2010 Reservations: |
|
2010 reservations are currently being taken for all campsites and all rental units stays.�Payment is due at the time of reservation. |
|
| Pets: |
|
Pets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and quiet. Pets must never be left unattended outside your camper. You are expected to clean up after your pet. Pets are NOT allowed in buildings, the pool area, the golf course, the beach area or in our rental units. Pets are also NOT allowed in any of the rental units. If a pet is found in a rental unit, the party will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $150.00 and charged for any damage done to the unit. Additionally, the party will be forced to leave the park. |

| Cancellations: |
|
To receive a full refund (less $15 cancellation fee), we must be notified seven days prior to arrival date. If less than seven days the full amount less one nights fee will be returned. |
|
| Credit Cards: |
|
Please note we do not hold credit card numbers. You will be charged the day we receive your number. |
|
| Holiday Reservations: |
|
3-night minimum reservation on holidays. All sites at summer rates. 3 & 4 night discount does not apply. |
