FAQ

Have a Question?

How are rates charged?

Rates quoted are for two adults, up to 6 children, and one vehicle for each campsite. There is a maximum of 4 adults per site. Total camping fees will consist of the site fee plus resort fees plus any additional fees that may be applicable. 100% payment of the total reservation is required at the time of reservation placement. Please note: we do not hold credit card numbers. You will be charged the day we receive your number. Daily rates are based on check-in after 3:00 PM. Additional charges will apply for early check-in, additional adults, additional vehicles, additional tents and/or late check-out. We do not have an early check in/late check out of our rental units. A maximum of one family and one camping unit is allowed per campsite.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my reservation?

To receive a full refund (less $15 cancellation fee), we must be notified seven days prior to arrival date. If less than seven days, the full amount less one night's fee will be returned.

Can I bring my pets with me?
